Hotel Perrin - Former Carlton Luxembourg, Luxembourg

The hotel's rooms are quite small but have everything you need to enjoy your stay, clean, comfortable with a good firm bed, and bathroom facilities. However, it was very noisy, especially from airplanes flying over. The location is probably its greatest selling point as it is a three-minute walk from the train station and a ten-minute walk to the center. The dining experience varies from poor and expensive to excellent with lots of choices, continental with the expected selection, including fresh bread and hot chocolate. The hotel is open to the public but not very close to the old center of Luxembourg city, with some noise from the street until late into the evening and next to a train station.
